Veirui Dual-Shaft Shredder

The Veirui dual-shaft shredder employs a design concept based on Rotary Lobe Pumps.Multiple sets of cutting blades are mounted on two parallel shafts;a variable-speed gearbox drives the upper and lower blades to rotate in opposite directions and out of phase.As solid materials flow through the cutting chamber, they are shredded by the blades,which are arranged in an overlapping,staggered configuration.

The Veirui dual-shaft shredder efficiently and reliably shreds solid materials in the feed stream,ensuring the smooth operation of downstream mechanical equipment and pumping systems.With a maximum processing capacity of 300 m³/h,it is used in applications such as food waste treatment,environmental water treatment,and biological fermentation.
